Serge Tshibangu Lubilanji is the Vice President of Strategy and Development at Inter Services and Supplies INC., responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth and identifying new procurement opportunities. As a co-founder, Serge has played a key role in shaping the company’s vision and expanding its services. His extensive experience in logistics management includes roles at Inteva Products and Kimberly Clark Corporation, where he managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and oversaw essential product logistics across Northeast of the United States of America and Canada. Serge holds degrees in Business Management from William Booth University in Kinshasa and in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
